Ceiling filter is mainly used in the surface coating industry such as paint booths and painting workshops. It is the secondary filter of the air supply system, and is also the medium-effect filter media. Mainly used for the end of fresh air and return air filtration of the spray production line, mainly filtering 1-10μm suspended particles. It ensures uniform flow of air through the spray booth and forms a laminar flow.
Features
1. It uses synthetic fibers and has excellent wrinkle resistance, elasticity and dimensional stability;
2. Gradient density structure,the fiber density increases gradually toward the pure air.May according to the dust size, prevent them in the different density level; it accommodates many dust more effectively;
3. The wind surface of the mesh is specially compact, and also put a fishing net to strengthen it;
4. High dust capacity, low resistance and low cost;
5. Fully impregnate media with adhesive treatment makes dust particles unable to pass; The filter material has full viscosity, surface viscosity and dry treatment for customers to choose;
6. Strong moisture resistance, up to 100% relative humidity;
7. Conform to European and American classifications for non-flammability.(e.g DIN53438-F1,UL900-class 2 with flameout).
